Access to justice and the Court is important. You do not have to have an attorney represent you in order for you to file a document, or appear, in the East Fork Justice Court. The Court has developed a selection of forms for certain types of cases, and a list of resources, so that unrepresented individuals may access the Court.
The Nevada Supreme Court also has a list of forms acceptable on a wide variety of civil law subjects. You can access them through the Nevada Self-Help Center. https://nvcourts.gov/Supreme/How_Do_I/Find_Legal_Forms
The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada also has a list of forms acceptable on a wide variety of civil law subjects. You can access them through the Civil Law Self Help Center. http://www.civillawselfhelpcenter.org/self-help/evictions-housing
