Schedule
Traffic court is held at 1:00 p.m. every Tuesday (except Holidays) at the Justice Court Clerks’ counter. You will be given a copy of your citation, then you will proceed to the District Attorney’s counter where you may discuss resolution of your citation. If you cannot come to an agreement with the District Attorney’s representative, you may return to the Justice Court Clerk’s counter to receive a trial date. Your trial will be held within 60 days unless time is waived.
The Court holds criminal court throughout the week. You should double check your citation, summons, or notice of setting to confirm the date and time of your next appearance.
